Shipping Policy Overview

BrendBaý is committed to providing reliable shipping and delivery services across Turkmenistan. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that you receive your orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees range from 50 TMT to 250 TMT based on the delivery location and package size (dimensions and weight).

Orders above 2500 TMT qualify for FREE shipping and delivery!

The specific shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is processed and shipped, you can expect delivery within the following timeframes:

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your order's tracking information. You can also view the status of your order by logging into your account and visiting the "Orders" section.

Shipping Restrictions

BrendBaý currently only ships within Turkmenistan. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses.

Certain products may have additional shipping restrictions or may not be available for delivery to all locations. Such restrictions will be noted on the product page.

Customer Tier Order Caps

As part of our Cash on Delivery service, different customer tiers have different order value caps:

Delivery Confirmation and Inspection

Upon delivery, please inspect your package for any damage before accepting it. If you notice any damage, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact our customer service immediately.

For security purposes, we may require a signature upon delivery for certain orders.
